About PRÆTOR — institutional agentic platform for wealth management

PRÆTOR · ABOUT

An infrastructure built for the work that private banking does every day — and that should not depend on humans to happen.

PRÆTOR is an institutional agentic platform designed to operate the full commercial cycle of private banking, wealth management and investment advisory firms. It was built by a team with roots in wealth management and AI engineering, with the understanding that the problem in these operations is architectural — not one of productivity.

§01 · MISSION

Mission

Operate the full commercial cycle of private banking, wealth management, family offices and regulated advisory firms — with autonomous agents, persistent memory and a fiduciary standard of care.

It is not about automating isolated tasks. It is about founding an infrastructure that sustains the relationship with families and institutions over time — with the memory, judgment and discipline that private banking demands, without the human bottlenecks that limit it today.

§02 · VISION

Vision · 5 years

In five years, the recurring work of private-banking commercial operations will not be done by humans.

Families and institutions will be served by systems — with human supervision at points of relationship and judgment. The bankers and managers who remain will be those operating at the level the machine cannot yet reach: trust, discretion, fiduciary responsibility to the client. We are building the infrastructure for this.

§03 · PRINCIPLES

Principles

PRINCIPLE.01

Data sovereignty.

Deployed on-premise or on the institution's VPS. Client data remains in the jurisdiction defined by the contracting party and never transits third-party infrastructure without explicit control.

PRINCIPLE.02

LLM plurality.

Anthropic, OpenAI, self-hosted open-source models — the choice of model belongs to the client, not to PRÆTOR. No single-vendor dependency at the core of the operation.

PRINCIPLE.03

Audit trail per decision.

Every agent decision is recorded, attributed and auditable. CVM, Anbima and Bacen require traceability — PRÆTOR is built with this requirement at the core, not as a later layer.

PRINCIPLE.04

Fiduciary standard before efficiency.

When speed and the client's interest diverge, the client wins. Operational efficiency is a consequence of a well-built system — never the criterion that replaces judgment.

§04 · TEAM

Team

A small team, in formation.

PRÆTOR is built by a team with roots in wealth management and AI engineering. As the first institutions come on board, the senior profiles will be announced. We prefer to introduce people when there is something concrete to back them.

The build is guided by specialists across three fronts:

  • Compliance and regulation. Professionals with a track record in CVM and Anbima regulatory frameworks applied to wealth management and fund distribution.
  • Systems architecture. Engineering of autonomous agents, persistent-memory design and LLM deployment in institutional environments with security requirements.
  • Wealth operations. Professionals with experience in private banking and institutional family offices — those who understand the real commercial flow, not the one mapped in a product.

§05 · CONTACT

Speak with the team.

Direct service, with no commercial intermediaries. If your operation has the right profile, the conversation is worth the time on both sides.
